Swansea

Swansea sets itself apart from other Toronto neighbourhoods for a few reasons:

In 1967 Swansea become one of the last villages to become a part of the City of Toronto. It is also the only Toronto neighoburhood to have its own community run town hall, a very popular and important part of Swansea community life.

Its natural boundaries including a lake, river & pond also mark it out as unique in Toronto. With it's hills, parks, winding streets, and good stock of still-affordable housing, Swnasea really is one of Toronto's jems.
